If treat is consumed quickly and in large pieces, there is risk of choking or gastrointestinal blockage. Color transfer may occur.

Our treats are kept freshest at room temperature. DO NOT freeze or refrigerate our products. Freezing/refrigerating can cause their cute designs to crack and can put moisture back into the treats that can incur molding.

Our standard cookie has a 24 month shelf life from the time of baking. Our cake, treat cup, and brownie based treats have a shelf life of 15 months from time of baking.

All of our cookies are baked and shipped from London Ontario, Canada!

Our dogs are family, and the safety and quality of our gourmet dog treats is incredibly important to us.

All of the ingredients in our cookie and frosting recipes are locally sourced, human-grade, and recognized as safe by the US Food and Drug Administration and approved for use in animal food by the Association of American Feed Control Officials, which regulates pet food in North America.

All BNR gourmet dog treats and Cookie Boxes are produced and packaged in accordance with recognized manufacturing practices and all federal, state, and local regulations.

We humans enjoy a fun treat or sweet indulgence as part of our own fulfilled lives, and the same goes for our dogs - our cookies are meant to be given as a treat, and should never replace your dog's regular, balanced meals.

Our frosting is a yogurt-based, dog-friendly confectionery coating, safe for dogs and appropriate for a treat. The frosting ingredients are sugar, palm kernel oil, soy lecithin, vanilla, dried whey, and food coloring. We use both natural and artificial food coloring, all of which are recognized as safe by the US Food and Drug Administration and approved for use in animal food by the Association of American Feed Control Officials, which regulates pet food in North America. If your preferences are to shop all-natural - please look out for the '100% all-natural' badge located on each product page of cookies that qualify.

We accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

At the time your order is placed, all items are confirmed in stock. However, on occasion, an item may sell out before your order is shipped. To ensure your order arrives without delay, our team may include a substitution of equal or greater value for any cookies that are no longer available.

Upon delivery, please review your order carefully. If you’re not satisfied with any substituted item, contact your sales representative or email questions@boscoandroxys.com to request a credit.

After placing your order, please allow for 24 hours to complete fulfillment. For larger orders (24 items or more) please allow for 4 days for your order to be fulfilled.

Once your order is fulfilled, please allow for 5 - 8 business days for transit.

If your tracking link shows no movement from the time your order fulfillment is complete, reach out to your sales rep and we will place a trace on your package. If there is no movement for 15 days on the tracking link, the order is considered lost and BNR will re-ship your entire order. If your order has also experienced damage, please reach out to your sales rep to claim your damages for store credit.

You will find your order tracking number in the shipping notification email you received from us. You can also find your tracking number on your BNR profile under Orders. If you have trouble finding it, send us a message and we will be happy to help you!

Oh no! We understand broken cookies happen and we are here to help! Please reach out to your sales rep with your order # and pictures of the damage. Damages cannot be claimed after your order has been marked as delivered for more than 36 hours. You will be credited the full wholesale value of the cookies that are damaged and issued a gift card with the store credit for your next order!

We often will split ship orders as product becomes available to get you the product as fast as we can! You can reach out to a sales rep for an update on the rest of your shipment!

You can also access the tracking information for the 2nd half of your order on your account page in your profile.

BNR is not able to accept product back into our facility once it has left to maintain health and safety regulations. We offer store credit for all refunds/damages incurred.

Bosco and Roxy’s will issue you store credit for any cookies that arrived in an unsellable condition. We do not issue refunds for damaged cookies and only do store credit. Refunds are only issued if the product is not received.

At Bosco and Roxy's, we bake to stock and not to order. If you have received product that is expiring soon, please sell up until the expiry date and we are happy to credit you the product that expires!

We understand that cookies sometime crumble, not to worry!

Cookies that are considered damaged typically have the following issues:

1. Melted or missing icing:

**smudging and icing transfer due to transit are not considered damages. Please contact your sales rep or questions@boscoandroxys.com if you are unsure if your cookies qualify for damage credit**

2. Crumbled or broken biscuit

3. Cracked icing or cracked biscuit

4. Poor/messy decoration/illegible

5. 'Sugar-blooming' which happens as temperatures fluctuate in transit, the cookie is still 100% safe to consume and sell. You can wipe this bloom off the surface with a damp paper towel and reduce the 'dusty' look. You can also apply heat to the surface of the cookie (to the equivalent of a hair dryer) and lightly blow air for no more than 10 seconds in one area to avoid melting!

Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Don't like the pre-set cookies? Swap out any of the pre-set cases to another available SKU from our website and build your own box!

We understand! 12 cases of cookie will be in each Refill Program shipment every 4-6 weeks. We recommend customers to have a tabletop bakery case or larger in terms of display in order to display all SKUs that will be in your shipment.

However, if you don't have a bakery display, that is no worries! Reach out to your sales rep for creative ways to move the product with your store's foot print! Add on services, wrapped BOGO's and effective ways to save on space, is our specialty!

If you cannot to commit to a minimum of 3 shipments, this program might not be the right fit for you.

The main benefit is when Refill Program customers receive all 7 seasonal shipments throughout the year.

You must keep a valid payment method saved to your Bosco and Roxy's account in order to remain enrolled in the Refill Program.

Removal or decline of your payment method will result in the removal from the program.
